Established in December 2009, Plaisir Sucré is a French bakery and cafe located in the pleasant Kitsilano area of Vancouver. Plaisir Sucré is a family business and famously known for its authenticity, kid-friendly environment, and delicious croissants.

Born in Paris, owner and baker, Fabrice is always present to greet his customers with a warm welcome. Fabrice has brought the traditional quality and atmosphere of French bakeries to Vancouver. The bakery offers daily fresh-baked French bread and pastries, as well as soups and sandwiches for lunchtime (view menu). He is also the proud father of four children who keep him busy while out of the kitchen. His wife, Erika, manages the administrative side of the business while Fabrice keeps his hands in the flour; a real family affair!
